You, your family and friends never know when they might need health and social care, it could be today, it could be tomorrow but it affects us all at some time.  We all need these services to be as good as they can be.  Get involved in the LINk to make sure they are.

What is the Leicestershire LINk?                                                                                                                                Link Launch

Leicestershire LINk is an independent network, which brings together people, organisations, community groups to give them a voice in improving Health and Social Care services.    Leicestershire LINk is here to find out what people like and value about local services, identify gaps in services or to say how existing services can be improved. 

The LINk will work closely with the Local Council or NHS Trusts and Hospitals.  We will also work in partnership with LINks in neighbouring counties.  There are seperate LINks for the City of Leicester, Rutland County and other surrounding counties.

Why join the LINk?

Anyone can join and you decide how much time you want to give - from just receiving the Newsletter and responding to occasional consultations to being a member of one of the groups.  

We want to know what your health and social care issues are so that we can find ways of improving them.  If you or your group join us then you will be able to use the recognised voice of the LINk to make change happen.
