Neurological Conditions are a wide spread group of conditions including well known illnesses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Motor Neurone disease and lesser known conditions such as Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. If you, your friends or family are affected by any of these conditions then this event is for you.

Senior managers from Health & Social Care will be giving information about the services and support that is available to people who have these conditions both now and in the future. The event will give you the opportunity to ask questions, raise your concerns and express your views about services.
