Leicestershire County Council (LCC) – the council provides information, advice, care and support, and has a duty to protect people from harm, neglect and abuse.
Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) - provides high quality integrated mental health, learning disability and community health services.
Leicestershire County and Rutland Primary Care Trust (PCT) -works with local authorities and other agencies that provide health and social care locally to make sure that local community's needs are being met.
University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) - one of the biggest and busiest NHS trusts in the country, incorporating the Leicester General, Glenfield and Royal Infirmary hospitals.
East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) - provides emergency 999, urgent care and patient transport services for the 4.8 million people within Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire (including North and North East Lincolnshire), Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.

PALS Online - provides a range of information to the public, healthcare and other professionals about the NHS's Patient Advice and Liaison Services.
Patient Opinion - an independent website where you can share your experiences of UK health services, good or bad.
Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS) - ICAS is a free and confidential service that is independent of the NHS and tailored to individual needs.
Monitor - authorises and regulates NHS foundation trusts and supports their development, ensuring they are well-governed and financially robust.
